First of call create a voucher for manufacturing

go to gatway of tally

create-voucher type-Name fill "manufacturing" 

select voucher type- Stock journal

use as a manufacturing Journal - yes

And accept by Ctrl+A

After come back gatway of tally

vouchers-Press F10/Alt+F7-Manufacturing    

Name Of product- Select item for manufacturing OR create with Alt+C

name - fill stock item name as per required

unit - Create with Alt+C or Create

unit type - simple

symbol - Nos

Formal Name - Numbers

Unit Quantity (UQC) - Nos-Numbers

Number of decimal place - 0

accept with yes

press F12

set componets list (bills of materials) in stock item - yes

and accept with ctrl + A

set componets (BOM) - yes

Enter BOM name - itel i7 12/500
